Dear Church Family, This weekend is promising to be quite eventful, weatherwise. They are predicting the lowest temperatures in New England in a generation. And to top it off, some significant snow is scheduled to begin Sunday evening. We do plan to have church, but use your best judgment, and not take risks, given the weather. We want to keep everyone safe. We are looking forward to being with you. We had a wonderful time in TN, celebrating Christie’s 8th birthday, enjoying the emerging personalities of Emme and Genevieve, going to the Aquarium, seeing Omi being “made up” by a budding makeup artist, marveling at the ‘100 acre wood’ trail created by the family during Covid quarantine, sharing meals and game time together. It was especially fun for us to see Uncle Toby enjoying his nieces, and they him. It’s a long ride, but worth it. And we stayed healthy this time! The sermon this week is “Questions that Need Asking.” The texts are Isaiah 45:9-19 and Luke 1:41-52. Remember the extra care we are taking because of the very contagious nature of the Omicron variation of the virus, even for the vaccinated. We request that you wear masks and socially distance. We have temporarily suspended coffee hour as well. I look forward to seeing many of you on Sunday. Peace and Joy, Rich
