Dear Church family, 
Lynn and I enjoyed attending the annual 8th grade graduates’ dessert last night.  It is always a treat to hear the teachers’ words of affection and advice.  One of the teachers who had been attending for  20 years said to the students she hoped they appreciated and understood how special this event was and how  unusual it was in most communities.  Thanks to Donna Heinz, Suzan Kircher, and Maria Bulson for hosting this beautiful outreach. 
We’re on our way tomorrow to TN to stay with the grandchildren while their parents get away to celebrate their 10th anniversary.   It should be fun, but we need your prayers!  I’m grateful to Terry Ryan for leading worship on June 12th while we are away.
We are grateful for the many of you who expressed your concern about my health situation.  It is good to be part of a caring church family.  We covert your prayers and know with God’s help and yours this will be OK.
