Dear Church Family,
Lynn and I will be away again this weekend, meeting  our older son Toby for a late summer/40th birthday getaway at the Jersey shore.  Once again, I am very grateful that Terry Ryan will be leading worship in my absence.
We are sorry to be missing the Falls Village Congregational Church CROP walk on Saturday.  You have heard the plans from our coordinator Tracy Atwood to  gather at 2 p.m. at the old school house on Beebe Hill Road.  The walk is in honor of Akke, who participated in many CROP walks.  
You can contribute online by clicking on the site Tracy mentioned and seeking out the Falls Village  team.  It is easy to make a contribution that way—we have already done so.  You can also give contributions to Tracy.    Check out the CROP website to learn about their many projects to alleviate hunger, including among Ukrainian refugees.   Thanks in advance for your support of this wonderful ministry.
